Every family is defined by grammage, fibre mix and barrier before a mill is chosen. Kraft, recycled and sugarcane bagasse are ordered against that spec.
Forming — one line per format
Bags are formed, glued and bottomed on dedicated lines; bowls and trays are pressed from reel. Water-based inks only, no PE lamination in the range.
Pallet — counted and configured
Boxes are counted, banded and configured to a pallet height that travels. The pallet spec ships with the quote.
